Loyalty Program

With every purchase you make, points will be added to your account which you can use to redeem rewards. Click the widget in the bottom left to sign up for the program, view your points, and redeem rewards.

The main way to earn points is by making purchases. For every 1 GBP spent, 5 points are earned. You can also earn points by completing actions such as following us on Instagram. Click the rewards widget in the bottom left to find out more.

As of right now, you can redeem discounts ranging from 5 to 20 GBP, usable on any order at any time. In the future, more rewards like free products will be added. Sign up to our newsletter to be informed of any updates.

Don't worry, points will be awarded for any purchases made before the program was implemented (01.03.26). If you feel this has not been honoured, please contact us and we will resolve the issue. As for purchases made before account creation, make sure to contact us after creating an account and we will add the points to your account.
