Machine wash cold, do not iron print, do not tumble dry, no fabric softener, do not dry clean, hang to dry.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us right away to cancel.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it ships.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. UK deliveries arrive in 3 to 7 days, international in 7 to 14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Australia, and countires within the European Union.
Can I track my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges are available if stock allows.
What if my item arrives damaged?

What is the BEASTHAMMER VIP Program?
The VIP Program is our way of thanking the first 100 customers who supported BEASTHAMMER from day one. Members get lifetime free shipping on all future orders.
How do I qualify for VIP status?
You automatically qualify if you are among the first 100 customers to complete a purchase and keep that purchase without returning it. Exchanges are fine, but returning your first order removes your VIP status permanently.
Can I change my name or email later?
No. Your VIP membership is linked to the original name and email address used on your first order. Only your delivery address can change if you move.
Where is free shipping available?
Free shipping applies only to countries where we currently ship. If you move somewhere outside our shipping zones, your free shipping benefit pauses until we begin shipping there.
Will the VIP Program ever change?
We may update or adjust program details, but lifetime free shipping for verified members will always remain honored.
What if I lose access to my email?
Please keep access to the original email address you used to qualify. It’s how we verify your status and send updates about your VIP membership.
